RS Refrigeration Services are an ISO +001 accredited company based near Hook, Hampshire that has been established for over 40 years. Specialising in the design and installation of high quality commercial refrigeration and air conditioning solutions. With over 40 years’ experience, we have built our reputation on maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Senior Engineer / Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years’ experience servicing, maintaining & installing commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. You will need good diagnostic skills and be confident in your ability to complete work to a high standard and build a good rapport with the customers and colleagues.
We provide tailored service & maintenance packages to our customer base. You will be required to carry out both reactive service work and preventive maintenance on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. We offer a 24-hour breakdown service to our contract customers only and you would share the responsibility for emergency breakdowns with our team of engineers. Our stand-by rota is currently 1 week in 7 with very minimal call outs.
You must be competent and confident in your ability to complete work to a high standard and build a good rapport with the customers. You will also be computer IT and App literate as all of our jobs are logged and sent to our engineers via Simpro.
Our client base consists of end users only. We do not work with supermarket or retail contracts.
Essential Experience
• Our ideal candidate would meet the following requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience F-Gas Cat 1 CSCS / CITB Skills card IPAF & PASMA City & Guilds / NVQ 3 refrigeration & air conditioning Full UK driving license Good communication skills and strong work ethic Enjoy working as part of a team as well as alone
Package
• Salary Up to £50,000 + Overtime
• 45 Hours Per Week
• 1 in 8 standby
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Paid Door to Door
This is a 45-hour per week contract, consisting of + hour days, normally 8.00 - 17.00 paid door to door. Overtime paid @ rate of 1.5 Monday-Saturday and Double time after 22.00 and on Sunday/Bank Hols. You will be provided you with a company van, work phone, tablet, specialist tools, PPE and full uniform to ensure you have everything you need to complete your role to the best possible standard.
