We aspire to be the benchmark technology organization in DB. This role is part of the EDS Engineering function
Our goal is to build & offer simple self-service shared platforms for clients to consume and in turn run their own business applications on. We’ll use a combination of open source technologies coupled with Cloud native services and use automation for efficiency and accuracy. Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software and technology

Your key responsibilities:
As a Scrum master and delivery manager, you will be expected to lead multiple scrum teams.
Your day to day responsibilities will typically revolve around the below aspects:-
• Track the deliveries of your scrum teams, work with them to remove the impediments towards delivery and work on backlog management with product managers.
• Guide the team in the usage of Devops tools, promote automation as well as code reuse
• Promote the usage of various collaborative tools so that the engineering teams align well with the other stakeholders in the group
• Lead and facilitate the agile ceremonies organized by the Engineering teams
• Liaise with the Release management teams to ensure seamless deployment of releases to various environments
• Key projects you would be responsible for:-
• Big Data – On Prem and Google Cloud
• Data Quality
• Data Control Plane
• This is not an Agile coach role.
Your skills and experience:
Must Have:
• Expertise in delivery of large scale projects in the Big Data domain. Experience in Data Science/Business Intelligence projects is good to have
• Very strong communication and people skills to collaborate with product managers, product owners, engineering , operations and other key senior stakeholders in the organization
• Strong experience and commitment to deliver in A gile process highlighting change while accelerating delivery.
• Minimum 10 years of overall hands-on experience and 8+ years in leading agile /scrum delivery of software products
• Ability to translate customer and product requirements into stable, sustainable and reusable solutions
Nice to Have:
• Have some programming experience to understand the engineering and technical delivery practices for continuous integration ( CI ) and continuous deployment ( CD ) experience with automation tools that drive , build and ultimately focus on achieving a software-defined life cycle
• Experience with cloud technologies & products with migration from on-prem to cloud highly preferred.
