We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrative Assistant with a strong administrative background and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. While engineering knowledge is beneficial, it is not mandatory; however, proficiency in tasks related to solar systems, Autocad, and other technical aspects is required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be prompt in task execution, and have a knack for following instructions accurately.
Responsibilities:
Helioscope Intermediate Design - Solar Systems:
Proficient in Helioscope for solar system designs.
Formbay Initial Setup - Solar Grants:
Setup and manage Formbay for solar grant applications.
LGC Claim:
Handle the process of claiming LGC (Large-scale Generation Certificate).
Solar Manual Preparation - Soft Copy:
Prepare and maintain soft copies of solar manuals.
Monday Project Update:
Provide updates on project status every Monday.
Project Scope of Works Formation:
Assist in forming project scope of works.
Prepare Safe Work Method Statement:
Create and maintain safe work method statements.
Formation of Sales Proposals:
Contribute to the creation of sales proposals.
Drawing Lighting Roof Ceiling Plans:
Utilize Autocad or similar tools to create lighting roof ceiling plans.
Drawing Solar Location Map:
Create detailed solar location maps.
Residential Network Application:
Assist in residential network applications.
Updating Inventory List on Monday:
Keep the inventory list up-to-date every Monday.
Tracking and Updating Licenses and Insurances:
Monitor and update licenses and insurances.
Client Communication via Email:
Respond to client inquiries and communicate effectively via email.
Tracking of Solar System - Checking Online:
Regularly check and track solar systems online.
Follow-ups Emails - Contractors and Clients:
Follow up with contractors and clients through email correspondence.
Documenting Processes for Future Reference:
Create comprehensive documentation for future reference.
Updating Project Management Documents:
Keep project management documents up-to-date.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience.
• Technical background, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Autocad is a plus
• 4-5 years of experience in the solar industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Work From Home Requirements:
Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least Core i5 or higher).
Backup laptop or desktop (at least Core i5 or higher).
Headset with microphone for clear communication.
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
Must not be currently employed full-time elsewhere.
