Job description: The role is to build and run distributed systems to drive all aspects of banking business from opening accounts for various asset, liabilities, wealth and payment products to servicing customers for all their day to day Banking needs. As an Engineering Manager for the team, you will lead a team of engineers to develop systems and tools that delivers outstanding banking services to our customers that are secure, reliable, and easy to use. The role will be accountable for defining engineering strategies and roadmap, manage priorities within cross-functional teams and make smart and data driven decisions to have the biggest business impact. We are looking for a detail obsessed go-getter to join us on a mission to build the best bank in the world here in India. Roles and Responsibilities: - Anchors the Developer Community for the API Portal and work through the customer journeys - Measure and analyze API program metrics, track ecosystem engagement with content, and identify evangelists who actively engage peers through forums all with preconfigured and customizable dashboards - Provide technical guidance as well day to day management for product development within an agile/scrum environment. - Work with product owners and business stakeholders to create product and service evolution roadmap - Lead a team of engineers developing the application and raise / resolve issues that blocks progress - Lead the team to create and maintain a robust framework to support full stack the micro service-based applications - Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for multiple squads - Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities - Work closely with Business team to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and drive ROI - Be fully accountable for execution of projects with adoption of Agile methodologies - Drive the design and development of systems by work with end-users of the systems, departmental and enterprise architecture teams - Ensure quality of deliverables by adopting appropriate testing methodologies - Perform code reviews to ensure alignment with standards and guidelines - Manage production rollout of applications using blue-green and canary deployment practices as applicable - Ensure strict adherence to CICD pipeline quality gates. - Provide production support for the applications - Good knowledge of SOA and REST architecture and fluency in technologies like (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, REST) is a must - Good understanding of relational databases Role: Program Manager - Technology / IT Industry Type: Banking Functional Area: Project & Program Management Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Technology / IT Education UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Production/Industrial, Any Graduate PG :Any Postgraduate
