Short 1. Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management.
2. Responsible to implement & monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast.
3. To manage the targets assigned by the management.
4. To foster & monitor the sales revenues by offering Omron one stop solutions to OEM's, customers like EPC contractor, Panel builders, Energy, Water, Wind, Infrastructure segments.
5. Creating account plans for each (KEY) accounts and manage the execution plan against each of these plans.
6. Identify potential customers in assigned segments and maintain the healthy relationships with the existing customers in the assigned region.
7. Intra-department coordination with the organization (Omron) to deliver the best services & solutions as per the commitment given to customers.
8. Responsible to develop action plans to enhance the sales of the assigned region.
+. To develop & maintain healthy relationship with System Integrators and Channel Partners.
10. Work with the horizontal functions to identify new application solutions to promote sales growth. Execute plans through the required application and sales teams.
11. Respond promptly to sales requests for customer engagement

• Qualification required is B.E OR Equivalent Diploma (Electronics, Electricals, Instrumentation), MBA in any Stream is
• Minimum of 05-08 years of experience in sales portfolio in Industrial Automation Industry, handling OEM, Panel Builders, EPC, Traders, End-user customers in Infrastructure
• Should have core functional knowledge and experience in handling Industrial Automation & Components products like Relay, SMPS, Switches, Timers, Counters, Sensors, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Safety, Relay, Robotics
• Experience to handling Panel Builders, EPC's in the
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel,
• Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for
• Sense of Urgency target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on
