About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior English Educator to join our team at Ty Gwyn Education Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality English education to students in Years 7-11.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching English in a secondary setting and will possess excellent subject knowledge, pedagogical skills, and interpersonal abilities. You will work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, resourcing, and delivery of English lessons to students in Years 7-11
Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning
