Te āheinga: The opportunity

As a Senior Administrator in our Enrolment Processing team, your role will involve coordinating and completing the necessary administrative tasks to ensure a seamless enrolment or re-enrolment process for students. You will work closely with the Enrolment team, both for domestic and international students, to identify and reduce any barriers that may impact a student's enrolment process. This will require you to stay up-to-date with all programme information, policies, and regulations. In addition to this, you will support and administer all Academic Administration processes and be responsible for providing accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders.

You'll have:

An understanding or desire to learn te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of kaupapa Māori

Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments

Strong administrative skills, ideally with experience in a role that requires you to be a subject matter expert, with at least a minimum of 2-year experience with an administrative role

Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide range of people, including applicants, students, academic staff, senior management, support centres and external clients.

Excellent personal accountability and workflow management, and organisational skills.

You'll have come from a position that requires you to use a high level of attention to detail, think on your feet, and problem-solve under pressure in peak seasons.

Prioritise and manage multiple and changing demands.

High degree of proficiency in Office computing applications including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software such as PowerPoint and email.

Passionate about people and delivering a great service to our students.
