Purpose: Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for selling Beeline's Extended Workforce Platform to potential new Enterprise customers across Europe. You will have the support of various resources including Alliances, SDRs, Presales, and Marketing. The sales process is long and strategic, requiring attention to detail, perseverance, and a consultative approach.
Key Attributes: Strong candidates will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, domain knowledge in workforce management, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
Essential Functions:
• Evangelize the Beeline value proposition and develop high-value business opportunities
• Own the end-to-end sales process from discovery to signature
• Contribute to lead generation activities and participate in the RFP process
• Lead commercial and contract negotiations
Education/Experience:
• 5-7 years' SaaS sales experience, calling on senior executives
• Understanding of contingent staffing, HR processes, or procurement solutions
• International experience is an asset
Skills:
• High-energy, can-do attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communicator and team player with attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
