Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Estimating (Preferably on US projects)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team, focusing on handling North American clients, specifically general contracting companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all CSI (Construction Specifications Institute) divisions and substantial experience estimating complex construction projects for the US market.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a strong focus on US-based projects.
• Knowledge: Expertise in all CSI MasterFormat divisions and a thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and labor costs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software, such as OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar tools. Strong MS Excel skills for cost estimation and analysis.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates and reports.
• Project Knowledge: Prior experience working on large-scale US construction projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
• Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
