Senior ETL Developer

The Role:

Partners with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, design and document.
technical requirements to determine improvements.
Translates business requirements into technical requirements.
Conduct requirement analysis, design, and implementation of business process changes.
Develop, Extract, Transform and Load Logic that meets technical requirements.
Conducts performance testing and tuning.
Participate in the full development life cycle for data sourcing.
Lead projects of varied complexity.
Evaluate and make decisions regarding dataset implementation.
Develop complex data extracts, applications, and ad-hoc queries.
Research, troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
Drive continuous improvement and automation for BI solutions and processes.
Lead complex migration and new product release projects.
Provide guidance to project teams on data compliance.
Mentor junior team members.
Communicate the status of projects to the leadership team.
Serves as a point of escalation for project issues.
Significant experience working with general ETL architecture.
Significant experience with the full lifecycle of data including data analysis, ETL, and dimensional.
Modeling, data transformation, and meta-data management.
Significant exposure to ETL coding and database design.
To be successful in the role, you will have:

Advanced ability to extract, manipulate, and integrate enterprise data.
Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages.
Presents and defends analysis and secures approval on complex matters.
Establishes approach and leads resources to achieve operational and strategic plans.

Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
5 years of relevant experience
