Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM

Role Description:
We are seeking a Senior Event Conceptualizer who can lead the creative vision and strategy for large scale, high-impact events. This role demands a strong balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to develop breakthrough concepts that resonate with audiences and achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller, experience designer, and team mentor who can transform briefs into memorable event journeys.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the ideation and development of event concepts, themes, and experiences.
• Translate client objectives into strategic, creative, and experiential solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior conceptualizers, designers, and creative teams.
• Develop comprehensive concept notes, mood boards, event narratives, and show flows.
• Collaborate with production, design, and client servicing teams to ensure concept integrity in execution.
• Present creative ideas and strategies confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, audience engagement strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee the creative direction of stage design, décor, entertainment, and audience experience.
• Partner with leadership to drive creative excellence and innovation across projects.

Preferred Qualifications & Skill:
• 3-5+ years of proven experience in event conceptualization / creative strategy.
• Strong leadership, storytelling, and pitch presentation skills.
• Experience handling large-scale corporate, lifestyle, and experiential events.
• Strong understanding of event production, staging, décor, and AV integration.
• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and visual narratives (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, Photoshop).
Ability to inspire and mentor creative teams while delivering on deadlines.
