Job Description

The Logistics and Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events, from initial planning to final delivery. This includes managing event details, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing logistics and operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure revenue forecasting and up-selling opportunities

• Manage event staffing, including recruitment, training, and scheduling

• Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for event improvements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related professional area

• High school diploma or GED; or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
