Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Event Director to oversee and execute large-scale events from inception to completion, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Event Strategy & Planning:
• Develop event strategies aligned with the company's goals, including comprehensive timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define vision and goals for each event.
• Determine opportunities for innovation, trends, and best practices in event management.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead a team of event coordinators, producers, and other event-related staff, fostering a collaborative culture focused on delivering excellence.
• Provide guidance and support for team members' professional development and growth.
• Mange all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audio/visual, transportation, and staffing.
• Logistics & Operations:
• Oversight of all logistical aspects of events, ensuring smooth flow of activities before, during, and after the event, solving any issues that arise in real-time.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with the Operations and Creative teams.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Main point of contact for internal stakeholders, including key clients, partners, sponsors, and other external stakeholders.
• Post-Event Evaluation & Reporting:
• Leading post-event debriefs to evaluate event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Providing comprehensive event performance reports, including ROI analysis, to senior management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 15+ years in event management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale corporate events, conferences, trade shows, or experiential marketing events.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in project management, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of event logistics, vendor negotiations, and budget management.
