The Event Manager will be responsible for the overall success of our events, from conceptualization to execution. This includes working closely with our internal teams to understand client requirements, developing project timelines and checklists, and overseeing the budgeting process. The Event Manager will also be responsible for resource scheduling, quality control, and ensuring that all events are executed within timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-depth understanding of client requirements and clear translation of briefs to relevant stakeholders.
• Successful execution of projects within timeline and budget.
• Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.
• Ensuring quality control of external resources- manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc.
• Preparing project checklists and timelines and overseeing planning module progress for smooth execution of the event.
• Oversee budgeting process with the respective production manager for the project.
• Successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation to projects.
