Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, planning, and executing virtual and in-person events across the EMEA region. This includes client briefings, conferences, sponsorships, receptions, and networking events.
You will maintain and oversee the firm's events calendar, ensuring all activities align with our strategic goals and brand identity.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in event management, preferably within legal or professional services environments
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related fields; a master's degree is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with internal and external stakeholders globally
Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, ON24), email marketing platform (e.g., Marketo) CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
