Job Overview
The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of Meetings, Conferences and Events in India and worldwide. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of these events, ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
• Head MICE & Travel activities to plan, organize and coordinate all aspects of Meetings, Conferences and Events in India and worldwide for relevant stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and manage travel programs with their spend.
• Manage suppliers such as Travel Management Companies, Corporate Card Providers, Airlines, Hotels, Car providers, Technology suppliers, etc.
• Develop policies that influence employee behavior regarding travel.
• Organize trainings for the team if necessary.
• Drive automation through implementation.
• Prepare the Annual Budget for Meeting, Conferences and Events in consultation with Business Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
