Location: Bromley (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in the office)
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager in Bromley. This role focuses on leading and managing projects, particularly internal communications and employee engagement campaigns, with some client services responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
• Oversee all project phases from planning to post-event closure.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring compliance with ISO+001 standards.
• Plan, organize, and execute events, including logistics and on-site coordination.
• Content and Team Leadership:
• Lead creative meetings and develop content solutions.
• Train and coach event teams, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Client Services:
• Maintain client relationships and handle communications.
• Collaborate on pitches and business development.
Skills and Requirements:
• Experience: 4-5 years in event production and project management, preferably with large budgets and international scope.
• Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Technical: Proficient in computer literacy.
