Job Description
1. Building, Ideation, and Conceptualization of Events: - Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of high-impact events - Develop unique and marketable event properties (IPs) that strengthen brand positioning and engage key audiences.
2. PnL & Vendor Management: - Manage event budgets, ensuring a strong PnL focus to deliver cost-effective and high quality events. - Build and maintain a roster of top-tier vendors, including event management companies, decor experts, musicians, artists, and performers. - Negotiate with vendors to ensure optimized costs without compromising the quality of execution.
3. Event Quality & Brand Representation: - Deliver events that represent brand values, maintaining top-notch quality in every aspect from execution to guest experience.
4. Sponsorships, Buy-Ins & Partnerships: - Secure sponsorships and buy-ins from partner brands to support event initiatives. - Collaborate with venues and other partners to ensure smooth and successful events.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration: - Work closely with business teams across to align event objectives with overall business goals. - Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver successful events and memorable experiences for partner brands.
6. Market Research & Trend Spotting: - Stay ahead of market trends in beauty, fashion, and events, and leverage insights to create relevant and innovative event experiences
