Job Description
A large Scientific company is looking for a Senior Events Manager specializing in CVENT to help plan and coordinate large scale events for the company. This role is fully remote and requires you to work a swing shift and US hours occasionally.
Pay Range: 23LPA - 25LPA/Hr ($14 USD/Hr)
Requirements:
Extensive CVENT experience and CVENT certifications for the following: Event Management Advanced Attendee Hub Venue Sourcing Manage end-to-end registration process for several events ranging in attendance from 100-1800 attendees: Build and maintain CVENT event registration sites based on business partner and Event Manager direction, ensuring branding guidelines are followed. Monitor CVENT event registration site daily, ensuring data integrity and report distribution using CVENT and Excel. Serve as the main point of contact for attendees regarding registration inquiries and issues, providing timely and professional communication. Develop event messaging and project plan (including deadlines for registration process) with guidance from Event Manager(s). Ensure deadlines are adhered to amongst all stakeholders and assist in problem-solving for “at-risk” tasks. Collaborate with AMEX Group Travel desk on air bookings and management of Arrival/Departure manifests. Own the personalized session assignment process for attendees, developing templates and managing multiple data points simultaneously. Must be well-versed in Microsoft Mail-Merge functionality. General knowledge of large housing contracts with an understanding of attrition, forecasting, and pick-up trends. Create and maintain housing block patterns, ensuring contractual blocks are fulfilled
