• Logistics Guru: Strong understanding of logistics, delegate registration, supplier coordination, and content management.
• Leadership: Confident managing multiple projects, delegating tasks, and thriving both independently and within a team.
• Creative Vision: You bring fresh, innovative ideas that wow clients and deliver impactful events.
• Financial Savvy: Skilled at managing budgets to ensure profitability without sacrificing quality.
• Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Hands-On: Willing to get involved on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup to de-rig.
The Role
As a Senior Event Manager, you’ll lead corporate event projects (and occasionally private events), guiding them from concept to execution. Responsibilities include:
• Managing event budgets (£25k–£500k+) for audiences up to 2,000 attendees.
• Crafting compelling proposals and creative concepts.
• Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Overseeing all logistics, including travel and delegate management.
• Leading event teams on-site, ensuring smooth execution from setup to debrief.
• Developing and mentoring junior team members.
• Driving post-event reporting, reconciliation, and debriefs for continuous improvement.
