Has demonstrated experience in supervising operations for large-scale events or hospitality functions;
Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail;
Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the events schedule;
A thorough understanding of food and beverage service and event operations;
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the confidence to interact with high-profile clients and guests.
