We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our crowd operations management at large scale events.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic planning for crowd management, control and safety at outdoor events
• Implementing on-site crowd control measures, signage, and entry/exit points
• Lead contact for casual and freelance staff for crowd control at events
• Budget management and liaison with suppliers
• Liaison with event security teams and multiple stakeholders within the organization
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in crowd operations management at large scale events and be able to work closely with our event operations team.
