• We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Planner to join our team at Laqshya Live Experiences.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful events, a deep understanding of the events industry, and excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Event Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive event strategies that meet and exceed client expectations, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences.
• Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event materials, collateral, and promotional items, while managing logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and AV production.
• Onsite Event Execution: Oversee event staff, handle any issues or concerns that arise, and conduct post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Multiple Event Management: Oversee multiple client events simultaneously, recognizing, solving, or neutralizing potential issues or conflicts, and ensuring that all events meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
• 6-8 years of experience in the events industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful events and building strong client relationships.
