We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Event Planner to manage our events and pop-ups. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and pop-ups that meet the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather essential event details from the operations department, including date, venue, expected attendance, and service preferences.
• Identify potential events and organizers to enlist on the platform.
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and agencies, emphasizing culinary innovation and quality.
• Plan and execute pop-up counters, ensuring timely delivery of execution.
• Prepare and present comprehensive event proposals to potential clients.
• Coordinate all aspects of pop-ups and events, including venue selection, setup, staffing, inventory management, and logistics.
• Keep abreast of industry competitors and developments, providing strategic reporting to senior management.
• Draft contracts and proposals for vendors and address inquiries from Sales Managers.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of execution for pop-ups and events.
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality or a related field.
