We are seeking a full-time Senior Event Planner to join our on-site team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from consultations and budget development to vendor coordination and on-the-day management. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design memorable experiences while ensuring seamless operations. The role also includes building and managing client relationships to drive sales and uphold our standards of excellence.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management, with a proven track record of successfully organizing and executing various events.
• Strong skills in Budgeting and managing resources to align with client expectations and company goals.
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience in Sales and building client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
