Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning & execution of weddings and large-scale events
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Handle HNI / premium clients and key stakeholders
• Oversee design, décor, production, and logistics teams
• Build, train, and manage the event planning & operations team
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and partners
• Ensure quality control, risk management, and on-ground excellence
• Drive process improvements and planning efficiency
Skills & Experience Required
• 5–10 years experience in wedding planning, event management, or luxury hospitality
• Proven experience handling large budgets & multi-day events
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
• Deep understanding of wedding décor, production, and vendor management
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Fluency in English & Hindi
