YOUR ROLE As a Senior Event Producer, you'll run events from brief to debrief — independently. You've done this long enough to know what good looks like, and you bring the experience to deliver it consistently, across different event types and client contexts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own full project management on events from initial brief through post-event reporting;
• Manage client communication and expectation-setting throughout the production cycle;
• Build, track, and reconcile event budgets;
• Manage venues and suppliers across your project portfolio;
• Lead on-site — you're the last line of defence when things go sideways;
• Mentor junior team members and hold quality standards across the board.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 6+ years in event production or event management, agency or in-house;
• You've run events independently — not just supported them;
• You can hold a client conversation, manage a vendor, and solve a floor-level problem without being directed;
• Experience in crypto, gaming, tech, or financial services events is a strong advantage;
• Based in Mumbai. Regular international travel is part of the role.
