Senior Event Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales growth in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segment by acquiring and managing key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.

Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Client Engagement & Proposals:

Analyze client needs and propose customized MICE solutions.

Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and itineraries for events and trips.

Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure business deals.

• Project Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and trips.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the planning and execution phases.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MICE sales, travel, or event management.

Desirable Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the MICE industry, including destinations, venues, and logistics.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
