Role & Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B sales and secure large-scale corporate, sports, and college events
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Develop strategic sales plans and meet/exceed revenue targets
• Represent the agency at industry events, expos, and client meetings
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to deliver client-centric solutions
• Provide mentorship to junior sales team members
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in event sales, preferably in an agency environment
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and building strong client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of the event management landscape
