Role: Event Manager
Location: London
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of assigned events from planning to execution, including budgeting, logistics, website creation, invitation management, event coordination, post-event analysis, and accounting.
• Ensure events are delivered within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Support business by delivering high-quality conference content on macro and geo-political themes.
• Follow company policies and procedures in project implementation.
• Manage multiple flagship projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines.
• Ensure event branding is within guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, key suppliers, and other event team members.
• Promote collaboration across different business lines and regions.
Key Skills:
• Extensive event management experience, preferably in banking or investment sectors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and expectations.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and event management tools.

Qualifications:
• Degree level or equivalent experience.
• Languages preferred but not essential (especially French).
