Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage events from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
• Prepare budgets, timelines, and logistics plans.
• Lead on-site execution and ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure events meet safety and compliance requirements.
• Gather feedback and report on event outcomes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in managing outdoor events is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• Must hold a 2A/2B/Class 3 license and be willing to travel.
• Diploma or degree in Events, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
