ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform/Supervise bookkeeping and tax services, as well as special projects, to our clients and provide internal accounting solutions as needed. Experience in controls and reconciliations. Own the end to end client experience for a diverse portfolio of clients. Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards and systems. Have a thorough understanding of the global accounting practices and knowledge about US taxation. Preferred Skills Expert knowledge in accounting packages like Quick books, Zoho and Netsuite. Ability to manage Bill.com and perform AP/AR reconciliations. Become familiar with US business and financial processes. International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines Qualifications BCom with Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing experience. Good to have Management experience; strong communication skills, thorough understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; organizational skills; problem-solving skills; analytical skills; multitasking skills.
