To explain about different products and its features to the customers Attending phone calls and walk in visits. Taking booking and submitting it to recovery department.
Taking proper feedback from the customer and suggesting for any improvement if required Handling any query for possession, complaints, changes, post possession complaints or any other query.
Follow-up with the customers who have visited site for enquiries and inviting the customers those who have not visited the site.
