Min. 2 Yrs. of experience in Induction and Generalist role
Responsible for employee relations and employee life cycleHandholding of new employees, Employee counseling and grievance handlingDriving all Employee Engagements Initiatives/ActivitiesHandling of all queries from employees and attrition managementResponsible for effective execution of monthly/Quarterly programsProvide HR advice to Employees and business managersEnsuring proactive employee communications on Organization's process and policiesManaging employees connect by regular one-on-one and skip level meetingsKnowledge, Skills, Other abilities:
