Job Description
Have complete understanding of the processes followed in the region Understand the requirements from the region on different HR processes Support user training during rollout of new features or addition of new HR users Provide user support by addressing tickets raised by users - within defined service level agreements Understand user concerns/system issues, test and verify issues, report to product team, follow up to closure, inform/advice users on fixes.
Provide guidance wherever required Troubleshoot, detect and resolve configuration gaps Coordinate and communicate system changes, routine or ad-hoc systems maintenance/downtime, and basic changes in functionality, etc.
Work with project team and implementation partners to support deliverables and organizational objectives
• Be part of the rollout testing team for each new feature that gets rolled out Ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities Execute basic data audits and distribute clean up and further instructions to super users on data entry procedures Understand proper use, storage and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system and data quality compliance.
Develop training materials, User guides, SOP Help engage users with relevant follow-up on analytics and reporting Support Regional time zones for various regions as and when required
