Responsibilities :

 Preparing Customer billings for Supply, E&C & Inter company.

 Coordination with plants on dispatch details.

 Verification of invoice as generated from system with contract price.

 Preparation of Performa invoices in consultation with project managers against advance claim from Customer.

 Performing Customer wise account reconciliations.

 Maintaining accounts receivable files and records for audit purpose

 Preparing customer ageing, advance clearing & adhoc management reports

 Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries from Customer in coordination with Project Managers

 Responsible for preparing daily collection report.

 Preparation of inter company sales reconciliation within the group companies.

 Clearing of open item in Customer GL.

 Support in Qtr/half year/ annual audit.

Qualifications
• B.com, MBA or B.com Semi qualified (ICAI IPCC cleared)

Required skills & professional experience :
• Around 4 to 8 years o experience in Account Receivables
• Should have worked on SAP FI & SD modules
