Job Description
• Good Knowledge of Contract Management / Administration & Real Estate Management.
• Review lease agreements / contracts and provide consultation to the team wherever it is required.
• Maintaining Lease agreement tracker and publishing monthly reports to the Leadership team
• Validating all rental and utility invoices and submitting them to the finance team for payment
• Ensure tracking of spending and implementation of cost savings initiatives
• Supervise Corporate Real Estate Coordinators in efforts to ensure 100% adherence to guidelines and policies. - knowledge of building compliance
• May supervise a medium size construction project and space planning efforts.
• Managing IFM partners and ensuring all statutory requirements are in place.
• Coordination with Lessors / Stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Experience in contract management of manpower service providers.
• Coordinate with multiple centers for timely bill submission.
• Interface with the legal team for addendums to contract for manpower service of new sites
• Ensure compliance on the billing vis-a-vis contract.
• Ensuring time-bound payment of 3rd party staff salaries.
• Bill validation for multiple centers and stores and submission to finance
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Business Management preferred.
• 5+ years’ Experience in Real estate / Lease Administration
• Experience in multi-site operations
• Vendor Management
