Senior Executive Assistant
Role : The senior executive assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in supporting the managing director in their day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. He/she is responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, and managing the CEO's calendar and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
· Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communication.
· Coordinate and facilitate smooth communication between the CEO and various departments within the organization.
· Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and other relevant documents.
· Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the managing director's business trips.
· Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.
· Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
· Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.
· Manage and prioritize the CEO's tasks and deadlines, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
· Assist in the coordination and execution of BYST events, board meetings, and other high-level gatherings.
· Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO as and when required.
· Collaborate with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
Desired candidate’s profile:
· Any Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication skills with high level of proficiency in computer. He/she should be able to perform under pressure and flexible with work timings.
· Experience: 1 to 3 years (preferred) in the similar role.
· Age Group : Above 30 Years and Below 35 years

· Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant at a senior management level.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
· High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
· Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
· Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
· Expertise in using MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
· Previous experience in handling travel arrangements and itineraries is a plus.
· Knowledge of business etiquette and protocol is highly desirable.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive and proactive approach.
· Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the CEO’s schedule and urgent requests.
· The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of CEO.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
