Roles & Responsibilities: -
To handle day to day operations of the HR functions.Managing the recruitment and selection process of the plant.Mapping the competencies and responsible for selection of quality candidate.Preparing the Offer and Appointment letters and responsible for Conducting the induction programs includes, Joining Formalities, Company Profile Introduction to all departments and Explaining company policies and procedures for new employees.Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsIdeal candidate would be responsible for Payroll Management.Ensure legal & Statutory compliance throughout human resource management.Well known with Training & Development area.Provide support for Performance management and appraisalSafety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit.Develop labour policies.Exit Management.Rewards Recognition.Employee Engagement Activities.InsuranceProperly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Salary: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
