5+ years of related support experience in complex and fast-paced environments with at least 3+ years collaborating with or supporting C-Suite leaders

Positive demeanor with a 'no task too big or too small' mentality
Strong writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling via multiple channels (phone, email, text, chat, and in-person)
Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high profile executives and confidential information
Illiustrated ability to anticipate roadblocks, handle blocking issues, and optimally run significant priorities
Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take charge of a decision and when to involve other parties
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with critical company information
React with appropriate levels of importance to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to work flexible hours across multiple time zones, depending on the needs of the candidates and the team
A passion for pets and the improvement of the pet industry and market

Reporting to the Head of Executive Recruiting, this high-visibility role will provide high-quality candidate engagement, interview scheduling and overall coordination for Executive-level talent being considered for employment at Chewy
You will own the candidate coordination lifecycle to include ensuring an excellent candidate experience, owning data and systems management, coordinating interview schedules across multiple teams/locations, making travel arrangements, and serving as an overall candidate concierge as they engage with Chewy during our interviewing and selection process
This role will influence candidate and client experience by:
Scheduling virtual and on-site interviews for Executive (Director+) candidates, coordinating with Executive Assistants (EAs) supporting senior leaders at Chewy
Serving as an in-person liaison for Executive candidates when they visit the Plantation, FL Headquarters (as needed)
Prompt follow-up, high quality coordination of all aspects of the interviewing cycle at Chewy, and exceptional communication with executive candidates from initial contact to start date
Entering and being accountable for candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring appropriate parties have access to key information in a timely and complete manner
Liaise between various cross-functional teams including Executive Administration, Talent Management, Recruiting Coordination, Human Resources and Executive Onboarding
Running complicated calendars and scheduling of internal and external meetings, using various systems and tools
Leading multiple high priority tasks and action items and ensuring on-time delivery
Independently solving problems in a fast-paced environment
Handling critical information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

What You'll Do:
