Job Description
Ensuring that leads generated are converted into successful applications by working closely with members of admissions function
Building relationships with students and their influencers and guide the admissions team as required
Assisting in the admissions activities as required by the team’s agenda to run the admissions process successfully
Adhere to University compliance and standards/ policy for admissions
External Representation
Represent MIT WPU on various professional bodies of repute which is value adding building relationship with the community, government agencies, society at large and with ultimate objective of building MIT WPU brand, Increase in Application and Enrolments.
Person Specification
Substantial leadership and management experience
Ability to get the work done by optimizing the resource for disposal
External relations and Corporate engagement
Dynamic with ability to convince the external stakeholders
Personal attributes and style
A strong commitment to MIT WPU and its vision, ambitions, and values
A personal commitment to and record in effective and respectful partnership working across all staff groups;
Sound judgement and the ability and courage to make difficult but informed decisions, including on challenging issues;
Exceptional personal and public communication and relations
Minimum Qualification & Experience
Graduate or a post graduate with 6 to 8 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Education domain preferred but not restricted to exceptional talent
Networking in Schools, Colleges, Coaching will be preferred
