Designation: Senior Executive - Business Finance Senior Executive- Business Finance Reporting to Manager -Business Finance Location HO Function FinanceJob PurposeTo develop the operating and financial plan required to achieve management's strategic planRoleIdentify the Revenue leakages.Oversee financial plans, budgeting, and forecasting for the Business and Professional loans.Building multiyear plans and annual operating plans for the Business Loans and Professional loans. Break down into individual deliverables and roll out to working units. Track performance on a regular basis.Update management on performance against plan, work on root cause analysis on variance. Work with the individual teams on building remedial plans for variance and keep track of these plans.Keep track of important financial ratios and forecast based on performance.Assist in preparation of opex and capex budgets for individual teams.Drive productivity and efficiency projects based on plans and actual performance.
