MidasNext Media Pvt.Ltd is now looking for Sr. Executive Client Servicing (Events)
Experience: 3+ years in Events
Qualification: Any Graduate
Responsibilities:
• Making the pitch presentation based on the client's requirements.
• Mapping of the client. Understanding the structure of the client side and having a structure of the entire business units with the client.
• Coordinating internally with the business development team, operations team, and creative team for event/activity brief, costing, and designs respectively
• Sending out the service report on the same day as the meeting.
• Planning and preparing an event checklist based on the elements finalized by the client.
• Understanding to give the creative brief to the designer.
• Quality check on prints, giveaways, and collaterals is a priority.
• Making the Post Event Report and ensuring the client gets the event pictures and videos with the event sticker on them within 48 hours of the event.
• Seek client feedback for every event/activity and work on the fall-outs caused.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Sr. CS executive or in a relevant role in the event industry.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Time management and planning skills.
