Responsibilities:
• Identifying the potential customers and generating business.
• Actively prospecting, arranging appointments, negotiating, closing, and ensuring execution the project flawless with the support of the other department
• To develop strong relationships with existing clients and develop other opportunities across our range of services.
• Ability to handle events and accounts for the company.
• A high level of organizational skills and the ability to plan, think, act and evaluate situations, whether they are opportunities
or problems
• A good team player with, strong attention to detail and to manage and execute multiple key accounts and event projects.
• Communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
• Spearhead meetings and presentation brief with creative and innovative out of box thinking.
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
• Passion for overachieving targets and margins for every event.
• Willingness to travel. Traveling onsite for the execution of events on short notice.
• Responsible for Client Visits/meetings/ Follow-up/Corporate presentations or interacting with them via telephone or
written communication.
• Responsible for maintaining an accurate database about current as well as potential clients on CRM
• Achieving 100% client satisfaction and client retention.
• Ability to handle work pressure.
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns for our clients consisting of both IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Promotional activities for events.
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information for every event.
• Monitoring performance for each key account.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Managing campaigns on social media for both clients and internal.
Requirements:
• Valid industry experience of 4 – 6 years.
• Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a client servicing person’s perspective.
• Ability to prepare reports and use of the appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data,
building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
