Sr. Executive - Customer Support Job Responsibilities:

1. Define a long term strategic roadmap for providing a world class white glove managed services experience to clients based on their tiering

2. Manage and oversee team(s) executing Managed Services tasks via email, phone and chat, to clients

3. Work with support consultants to mentor and train the team to improve their knowledge of the company functionality and underlying process.

4. Maintain all SLAs and respond to customers via a ticketing system for their issues

5. Provide after hours and on-call support as needed.

6. Manage day-to-day processes across staff members including providing regular feedback, performance reviews and career development opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
