Job Description:
Working with Project team for status of project like project setup, commercial terms, project monitoring, milestone payment, dispatch schedule, vendor confirmation etc. Understand project costing, billing schedule. Also include Coordinating accounting functions and programs. Preparing financial analyses and reports. Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
Cost is properly identified and allocated to project, approval, recognition on percentage of completion.
Support account and project team for work orders, documentation, inventory, stock transfer, vendor confirmation.
Monthly preparing, analyzing, and adding value for MIS report (CAPEX, Budget, Forecast, Variance analysis, Project cash flow). Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
Assisting with audit preparations. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. Performing other accounting duties and supporting staff as required or assigned
Education, Experience and Skills
Master / professional degree.
Good Accounting, analyzing information, Attention to detail, Deadline oriented, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, supportive, and working as team member.
Self-starter and work independently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have Minimum 5-7 experience in manufacturing organization.
Strong Excel experience required in Developing Dashboards, Financial Modeling, or automation of Financial Procedures, writing macros, developing formulas using functions such as pivot tables and all lookup functions (V-Lookup, Match, & IF Statements), BI – Microsoft Power BI experience and Database experience a plus
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with little to no supervision and perform under pressure
