. Experience in building effective users segments and knowledge of A/B Testing.
. Good understanding of Google Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
. Tracking of marketing campaign's performance metrics like CTR, CPL, open rates, conversions, etc.
. Creating audience from Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube, etc.
. Good understanding of Photoshop software and HTML/CSS etc.
Experience Range:
• 3 years

Job Responsibilities:
. Plan and execute all CRM marketing campaigns (Push Notifications, Emails, SMS, Whatsapp) with Zero Errors.
. Tracking of marketing campaign's performance metrics like CTR, CPL, open rates, conversions, etc.
. Responsible for Cost Optimization in campaigns and Presenting reports daily/weekly/monthly basis.
. Create the best audience segments and need to provide audiences for various marketing campaigns.
. Optimization of Push Notifications for both Web and App with Right Creatives, Right Title, Right Headlines, etc.
and Reduce Total turnaround time for story push notifications.
. Plan and implement A/B tests to experiment with content, audience, and frequencies.
