Positions - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy manager/Manager/senior Manager/Associate Director - Operations - Events
Please note - Event management agency experience is mandatory.
Experience - 3 years to 18 years (max) in the event management industry
Location - Delhi, Okhla Phase 3
Flexitime: 8.30 to 10.30 p.m, + hours a day, 5 days a week (work from office)
- Candidates based in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, Faridabad, Noida who are willing to relocate can apply.
Job Description :
- Managing and grooming the operations team
- Delivering all the event related operational work smoothly
- Ensuring to achieve required GP target
- Sourcing vendors, partners with new tech/trends.
- Provide input on Market intelligence within the industry.
- Planning and brainstorming for the pitches & events
- Manage all event operations of the venue, including but not limited to, event planning, delivery, logistics, liaison with hirers and stakeholders, and coordinating and managing staffing requirements.
- Assist the Venue Manager in the development of strategies and initiatives to increase satisfaction levels including hirers, patrons and suppliers.
- Assist the Venue Manager with regard to routine venue administration, human resource issues, budgets, emergency procedures, staff and contractor training, post event debriefs and event settlement.
- Manage event security overlay of the Venues including the management of event contingent labour including in-house and contract security, customer service and operations staff.
- Exercise delegated authority in monitoring and approving necessary event related expenditure in accordance with Venues policies.
