Job Description
• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs, goals, and expectations.

Project Management:
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Brainstorming on concept and design of the project along with the cross
functional teams.
• Pitch new ideas to the team.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to ensure timely
delivery of projects.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
• Assist in preparing, brief documents, deck, presentations and reports.
Event Execution:
• Support in on-ground event execution, including vendor coordination, site
visits, and logistics.
• Assist in managing event timelines and budgets.
• Handle post-event follow-ups and evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in client servicing in events industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for events and site visits
