• Accounts Payable
• Checking vendor invoices with PO/SO & rate contract
• Invoice booking in system
• Bank Payment & checking of bank account
• Updating schedule for prepaid & Provision
• Accounts Receivable
• Invoice raising to customer based on PO/SO/agreement or agreed rate
• Invoice updating in GST Portal
• Online Invoice submission to customer with required data in specific format
• Enter each & every Invoice / DN & CN in tally & raising the E Invoice through Tally
• Upload the Invoices to GST Portal via the JSON Files
• Updating schedule like advances & accrued
• Coordination with sales team for collection
• Receipt entry & knockoff with sales invoices
• Bank reconciliation
• TALLY IS A MUST
